1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LeadershipMadeReal.com, a digital leadership training platform provided by EdgeThinkers LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

We offer subscriptions for individual learners and business accounts. Please read the details that apply to your role.

2. Account Types and Access

We offer three types of accounts:

• Individual Learners: Users who purchase their own monthly subscription.
• Business Buyers (Billing Owners): Users who purchase multiple seats for their team or organization.
• Business Learners (Seat Holders): Users who access the program through a business-purchased subscription.

Billing Owners can assign seats and designate managers. Billing ownership can be transferred when needed.

3. Subscription Terms

Individual Accounts

• $20/month
• Cancel anytime
• No prorated refunds
• 14-day satisfaction guarantee: complete the first two lessons and request a refund if not satisfied

Business Accounts

• $25/month per seat
• Seats can be reassigned; removed users enter a 60-day cooldown
• No refunds; we recommend starting with a pilot group

All subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.

4. Content and Licensing

All platform content is copyrighted by Scott Drake, including videos, worksheets, documents, and frameworks.

You may:

• Use the content for personal or internal professional development
• Download and share materials internally as long as copyright remains intact

You may not:

• Reproduce, republish, or redistribute content outside your organization
• Sell, sublicense, or modify platform materials

5. Prohibited Uses

• Sharing login credentials
• Scraping or extracting content
• Attempting to replicate or reverse-engineer the platform
• Disrupting service or compromising security
• Engaging in unlawful or harmful activities

Accounts are for individual use. Each learner must have their own login.

6. Availability and Uptime

We strive to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary downtime for maintenance or issues may occur. We are not liable for losses due to outages.

7. User Content and Data

If you submit feedback or a testimonial, you grant us permission to use it for marketing unless you request otherwise.

We may use aggregated, anonymized data (such as usage patterns or assessment trends) to improve the platform. This data does not identify individuals.

8. Account Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access remains active until the end of your billing cycle.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violating these terms.

If the platform is discontinued, we will provide advance notice and offer prorated refunds for any unused time.

9. Eligibility

To use Leadership Made Real, you must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Have access to a valid payment method accepted by our billing provider

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. By using the platform, you waive the right to class actions or jury trials.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted here. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of any changes.
